“ We were in Newburgh for a baseball tournament and we were a little hungry. We were in the mood for some breakfast so what better than a diner. So I jumped on Yelp and this was the closest with decent reviews. They have a large parking lot and plenty of spots. The place looks like the old time diners with the stainless steel siding and large windows with booths in them. When you enter it also looks like the old school diners with the homemade dessert display. There also have a counter service area and the old school neon signs and wood paneling everywhere. The staff was friendly and they greeted us instantly and seated us immediately. They had a large menu with a ton of options. They had some specials too and the desserts in the case looked amazing. So I ordered the corner hash with eggs. It was served with toast and homesites. It was really Good. The home fries were super crispy and seasoned well. The eggs were cooked well and the toast was done perfectly. My son has a Belgian waffle with bananas and whip cream he also had an order of bacon. I didn't try it but he said it was super good and he ate the whole thing. The waitress was very nice and attentive and had everything we needed and never missed a beat. They also had a busser that was clearing the dishes and cups and sweeping and wiping chairs the entire time. I love when a restaurant is clean and takes the time to make sure they are keeping up with it all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and when or if we go back we will revisit. ”
